I then questioned, " Where am I going"? I then felt the weight of another burden. This time it was the burden of my loss of faith. I wandered from the path and did not hear your words. When all became as black as ebony I cried, " Where are you Lord, why did you forsake me"? And you answered, " I have not My Child". "You turned from the path to find an easier way, and once again you have become lost". With that you took my hand and without a word lifted my burden, and we continued on and this time I held tightly to my faith. © Dragonlady |
